Pyramid 2024
This year, we were again at the Pyramid Career Fair. The Pyramid is a communication and networking platform for students. Since it is constantly growing, it has been held at the exhibition grounds in Augsburg for some time now. The Pyramid is organized annually by the University of Applied Sciences Augsburg, giving around 250 companies the opportunity to network with the 3,000 visitors.
One of these companies is us. For us, the Pyramid has become an integral part of the fair world. It gives us the opportunity to directly network and engage with students and future graduates. We want to know what currently matters to students and what criteria they use when choosing an employer. This way, we can best address the individual needs of tomorrow's employees.
We are also growing steadily and are therefore very happy about any interest in our potential internship positions, student jobs, or permanent employment opportunities.

Technology Transfer Congress 2024
A brief recap of the Technology Transfer Congress (TTK) in Augsburg, where we had the privilege of participating as exhibitors this year. Over the past few years, the TTK has developed primarily as a platform and meeting point for the exchange of innovations and current topics. It is organized by the network of TransferEinrichtungen Augsburg (TEA) and Regio Augsburg Wirtschaft. The event took place in one of the most innovative and sustainable buildings in Augsburg: the Innovationsbogen.
Last year, we had the opportunity to attend the congress as visitors. Since we were so impressed by the format, we wanted to directly participate and support this year's event. Under the motto "Experience Innovation," we were able to have interesting conversations and listen to exciting expert presentations. These provided insights into current topics such as digitalization and AI, work 4.0, and innovation management.
In addition, we were able to present our new product, which will soon be available for use: a platform that connects various systems, automates workflows, and thus creates ease of use for many application areas.
