The specific legal basis for the processing can be found in this privacy policy. If you file an objection, we will no longer process your affected personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims (objection under Article 21(1) GDPR).

If your personal data is processed for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for such marketing purposes; this also applies to profiling, insofar as it is related to such direct marketing. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.

You have the right to receive information about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data free of charge at any time. For this purpose, as well as for further questions on the subject of data protection, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint. For details, please refer to the privacy policy under "Right to restriction of processing".

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. To do this, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:

  • If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored by us, we usually need time to verify this. For the duration of the review, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
  • If the processing of your personal data happened/is happening unlawfully, you may request the restriction of data processing instead of erasure.

Data collection on this website

Access and use of our website.

The collection of your personal data occurs when accessing and using our website with an internet browser on the device you use, for the technical provision and to ensure the functionality and security of our website. A device, such as a computer or smartphone with an internet browser, is considered an end device.

For this purpose, your IP address is collected and stored; the IP address is a personal data. In connection with this, we process the following data that, in combination with your IP address, can enable the identification of an individual:

Used end device

Used internet browser

Date and time of access

Website from which the access originated (so-called referrer URL)

This data processing is based on our legitimate interest according to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, to provide you with the functions and content of our website so that you can access and use it with your device, as well as to protect our website through appropriate measures against potential risks (e.g., hacker attacks).

Cookies

The Internet pages partly use so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted after the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. When deactivating cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited.

Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions you have requested (e.g. shopping cart function) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. If a corresponding consent has been requested (e.g. consent to store cookies), the processing is based exclusively on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO; the consent can be revoked at any time.

Insofar as other cookies (e.g. cookies to analyze your surfing behavior) are stored, these are treated separately in this privacy policy.

Server-Log-Dateien

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources.

The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of its website - for this purpose, the server log files must be collected.

Request by e-mail, telephone or fax

If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your inquiry including all resulting personal data (name, inquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO, if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) DSGVO) and/or on our legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO), as we have a legitimate interest in the effective processing of requests addressed to us.

The data you send to us via contact requests will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular legal retention periods - remain unaffected.

On our website, we offer you the option to contact us electronically via a provided form. If you make use of the contact form, the following personal data will be processed:

  • Name

  • Additional personal data included in the message.

We process your personal data for the specific purpose of being able to assign and respond to your contact request. For this purpose, we would like to contact you via the provided email address to respond to your inquiry or in case we need to follow up with you.

The legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent according to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Please note that by entering your email address and clicking the "Submit" button, you provide a consent declaration for the processing of your personal data for the purpose of contacting you. This consent declaration is governed by the present privacy policy.

Please also note that under Article 7(3) GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can declare the withdrawal of your consent via email to the email address provided above.

The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent until the withdrawal.

As soon as your inquiry has been completed and the relevant matter has been conclusively clarified, the personal data processed through the contact form will be deleted. Further storage may occur on a case-by-case basis if required by law.

When using plugins and tools on our website, your data may be transferred to third countries, for example the USA. If personal data is transferred to third countries for which there is no adequacy decision by the European Commission, this will be done on the basis of the standard contractual clauses concluded between me and the processor.

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or requests that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you send to us cannot be read by third parties.
